SHIPPING POLICY

After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Order processing and preparation takes place on business days (Monday to Friday).

/ TRANSIT TIMES

Shipping transit times are approximate and are counted from the moment the parcel leaves our facilities. These timeframes may be affected by periods of high demand, collection launches, promotions such as Black Friday, or seasonal periods (Christmas). Morena Dept does not guarantee exact delivery times during periods of logistical congestion beyond our direct control.

/ DELIVERY LIABILITY

Morena Dept is not responsible for incidents, delays or delivery errors when the address provided by the customer at checkout is incorrect, incomplete or omitted. Any additional cost arising from a reshipment or an address change requested after the order has been processed will be borne by the customer.

/ CANCELLATIONS

Only cancellations of orders that have not yet entered the preparation stage at our logistics centre will be processed. Due to the speed of our order management, Morena Dept cannot guarantee effective cancellation once the order has been processed by the warehouse.

/ CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For international shipments outside the European Union, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, any import taxes, customs clearance fees and duties are not included in the item price or the shipping costs. These charges are set by local authorities and must be borne in full by the customer upon receipt of the goods. Refusal of the parcel due to non-payment of these charges will not entitle the customer to a refund of the original shipping costs.
